Eliminate car manufacturing
via NBCTrump claimed Biden's electric vehicle mandate would eliminate car manufacturing in the U.S. unless he was elected. Less cars made in the USA
via ABC"The United Auto Workers, but not their leadership, fully understand what I mean. MAGA2024," Trump wrote.
Monster car manufacturing
via Guardian News"If you’re listening, President Xi — and you and I are friends — but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now … you’re going to not hire Americans and you’re going to sell the cars to us, no," Trump continued.
100 percent tariff

Deceptive editing

Crooked Joe Biden
via NBC“Crooked Joe Biden and his campaign are engaging in deceptively, out-of-context editing," Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said.
